Place is good, staff are very helpful and good. They even cooked rice for us. Only one thing. Agoda says all rooms air conditioned but actually only the bedroom is air conditioned. The other rooms aren’t. It was extremely hot and while in the hotel we spent most of our time sitting in the bedroom. 😊
Stayed with family about 5 persons. Room was sufficient & spacious for us. Location was near to all the tourists places & its in french street. Will recommend to others for sure.Only drawback was we have to remind them everything like to clean the room daily & to serve complimentary breakfast. Also It would be helpful if breakfast timings was changed. currently they serve from 8:30- 9 am only. Suggest to serve around 8-10am. I guess it will be feasible for all the guests.
Great Stay Overall, but Misleading Information About Kitchen FacilitiesI recently stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience overall.Pros:The location is excellent, close to key areas and easily accessible.The rooms are spacious and exactly as shown in the photos online.The staff was very supportive and accommodating throughout our stay.Cons:The information about the kitchen facilities on Agoda was misleading. It mentioned that a full kitchen was available in all rooms, but upon check-in, we were informed that kitchen usage was chargeable, requiring an additional fee.Additionally, the "full kitchen" was not as described—it was limited to basic cooking options like making Maggi or boiling eggs.It would be helpful if this detail were clarified in the Agoda listing to avoid confusion and ensure transparency for customers.Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property for its location, spacious rooms, and excellent staff. However, the kitchen information needs to be updated for a smoother guest experience.
