MAYFAIR Tea Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayfair Tea Resort on 17.2.26. The drinks and the snacks at the pool bar were awesome. What we thought was a snack turned out to be a delicious meal! Sadly, we were there only for one night. I would definitely stay longer next time.Set within a tea estate, it's location is very scenic. We enjoyed a stroll within the tea garden in the morning and admired the humorous quotes about Chai which certainly brought a smile to our faces. Apparently, you can have a cup of Chai and watch them feed peacocks at certain times of the day. Please enquire about timings when you check in if you are interested.

the lovely greenery! Not only does the resort overlook the tea gardens and huge old trees bordering the gardens but even within the resort the attempt is to maintain greenery as far as possible. Combine this with huge naturally lit rooms and wooden furniture and the epxerience is perfect. The food is good though the restaurant gets stretched by large groups. Perhaps the only thing I hope will change is the reliance on marriage parties which takes away the cosy feel with large groups and ceremonies, but frankly there is nothing the resort management can do about that . Maybe we as travellers have to reflect on that!

We hosted our wedding at Mayfair Siliguri, and as the groom, I can confidently say this was one of the best decisions we made.From planning to execution, every single detail was handled with care, precision, and warmth. Managing a multi-day wedding with over 250 guests is no small task, yet the entire Mayfair team made it feel effortless. The food across all events was outstanding. This was not just our opinion as hosts, but a consistent comment we heard from hundreds of guests. The restaurant staff and kitchen team truly elevated the entire experience.What stood out the most was that every staff member, including many whose names I may have missed mentioning here but had the pleasure of interacting with, treated our wedding like their own event. Smiles, urgency, ownership, and attention to detail were visible everywhere.If you are planning a large-scale event or wedding and want a venue that combines a beautiful property, exceptional food, and an unbelievably committed team, Mayfair Siliguri is the place. Mayfair Siliguri is a beautiful place for a wedding. The property is elegant, the venues are spacious, and everything feels well-organized and premium. The rooms are comfortable, the food is great, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive throughout. They really take care of every detail, which makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A wonderful choice for a memorable wedding celebration. Special mention to Chef Sabyasachi and Manager Som for the amazing hospitality and management.

Located in New Chumta tea estate, near Sukna in the district of Darjeeling- Mayfair tea resort is truly fantastic, lovely and beautifully curated venue of high class hospitality. The designing, decoration and gardening will catch everybody's eyes with awe. Overall nothing is there which I can mention as negative. This place is costly but worth visiting repeated times.
