Motel Divine International

This hotel is extremely dirty and unacceptable. From the outside, it may look decent, and you might think it’s fine for a one- or two-night stay. However, once you enter, the reality is completely different. The reception area itself is poorly maintained, with cleaning equipment like brooms and mops kept openly there.The rest of the hotel is even worse. Every area is very dirty, with a bad smell coming from everywhere. Garbage and unwanted items are scattered all around. The staff behavior is also very unprofessional. It doesn’t feel like you are speaking to hotel staff, but rather to people at a roadside dhaba. They have no sense of hospitality or hotel management.It seems their only goal is to make money without providing even basic cleanliness or proper service. My one-day stay here was extremely uncomfortable and difficult. This is a very bad hotel, The photos that all they have provided in google are edited very professionally not recommended for anyone.

They offer decent accommodation with good rooms, though the room sizes and quality are not consistent’some are definitely better than others. The property has a bar with a dance floor, which adds to the overall vibe. Their Chicken Chilli and Chicken Tikka are really good and absolutely worth trying. Alcohol is available at reasonable prices, making it a preferred spot for those who enjoy a motel-style bar setup. It tends to get very crowded on weekends, so plan accordingly.

The hotel rooms are clean. Near to the railway station walkable distance so if you have early morning stay this is the right place.Their is lift access also.Food we ordered Aloo Parantha which was not goods Rs 60 each served with curd and pickle

i had stayed in this hotel with family. But frankly. I have very very serious negative feedbacks, no one should opt this hotel at all.Even after giving feedback and sharing concerns its manager/owner had ignored me fully.1. Cleaningness was very very poor. Even water jug & glasses given were too much dirty.2. Bed sheet blanket etc were not changed before handing over to me.3. Service is worst too. no one is there to listen to any complaint.4. No wardrobe or almirah or table to put bag / cloaths etc. In room.Staff was not appropriate not trained as hotel's staff. They weir behaviour was like staff of highwa's bhaba wala.Overall my family had extremely bad experience in hotel stay this time. Due to location preference.I did not use service of food items just because of dirty and higiness issue.Apart from one and only good thing i. e. Good location as center of city. There is nothing in this hotel to opt. For stay.
