Breakfast was fine. The menu has lots of choice for drinks but only two are available.
Out of city the location . Don’t book taxied from the front desk. There charges are too high find a local taxi that is better
Hotel is safe and secure. Staff are polite and generous. Today I have planned to come to Roorkee for official visit. My train was late today. I reached roorkee railway station around 9 pm. I called to hotel staff Mr Himanshu for arranging the taxi to pickup me from the railway station as it was late night and being female it was not safe to come alone hotel with private vehicle ( stranger person). Himanshu was coordinating with taxi drivers continuously and keep informing me as well.But unfortunately taxi drivers was not there due to festival. I was worrying bcz time was 9:30 and it was totally unsafe standing alone on roadside .After that Mr Karan HR Manager called me and took my location and assured me that he is coming personally immediately.Mr Karan reached in 20 minute. Then I felt relax and safe. When I reached in the hotel then I came to know that Mr Karan was resting after completing his duty hours.I highly appreciated to Mr Karan for taking the initiative in this worst situation. And I would like to say Thank you Mr Karan and his team for this.They showed that they are good human beings first then they are staff of Hometel hotel.I would like to stay here always whenever I come in Roorkee.
