The description mentioned breakfast but in the ground it was denied. We were asked to speak with Agoda, which was an impractical suggestion.The rooms and bathroom were clean nut without any ventillation. No wildin, no exhaust fan in the washroom.

The room was nice and big. But the cleanliness was not up my expectations. Even there was a lot of water seepage on the walles and room. Location waise it is very good as it is located just 5 mintues waling distance from bus stand

I stayed here for almost three days, and it is one of the best hotels in Roorkee, conveniently located near IIT Roorkee. The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable.The food quality was outstanding, always served fresh and on time. The staff was courteous and attentive, making the overall experience even better.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Roorkee for business, leisure, or an IIT Roorkee visit.
