MPT Gateway Retreat

One of the property of mpt that has disappointed me in my trip around mpRooms were dated, beds were old without back rest, Toilets were not cleaned.The outer walls, the reception everything was decorated and well maintained but rooms just let the whole thing downThe service was quite slow and they lacked the warmthThe fridge was not working in our room neither was the intercomRoom size was okish. Will not suggest this mpt as stay, it will let you down

Rooms are not clean, Flush is not working properly, leakage in fush., every time we see there is no water on tap. Foods In restaurant In not available as per menu. Staff behaviour is polite, location is excellent. Good approach for Lesar show, but expectator are few.

We visited this place to eat while going back to Bhopal from Sanchi. It is located centrally and spacious place. Food is good and multiple options for veg and non veg available here. Service is good and they make you frleel welcomed.

I had a very disappointing experience while dining here. The food quality and service did not meet expectations for a dine-in restaurant. What bothered me even more was the billing ’ the GST charges seemed higher than what should normally be applied, which felt unfair and unclear.As a customer, I expect transparency in pricing and proper service when dining in. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to that. I hope the management reviews their billing practices and improves the service for future customers.

An old party with a serene vibe. Plenty of open space and a great weekend getaway. Excellent food. Great service.As with old properties (1965), it does need desperate reworking of older rooms.Plenty of parking. Easy access. Great place for corporate programs.Overall loved the brief stay and plan on getting back, again!
