I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it was a very uncomfortable experience for several reasons:Poor Bed Quality & Hygiene: The mattresses are extremely old and worn out. White lint/fibers keep coming out of the mattress, creating a lot of dust throughout the room. This is a major health and cleanliness issue.Extreme Noise: It is impossible to get a good night's sleep here. There is a bar located directly above the rooms, and the noise levels at night are unbearable. If you value your sleep, avoid this place.Poor Value for Money: The room rates are way too high considering the poor quality of the facilities and the lack of basic comfort.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful or clean stay in Bangalore.

The bedsheets were in terrible condition, shedding lint that stuck all over our clothes and completely ruined several of our dresses and shirts. Tv was not working.The room itself was very noisy, making it difficult to relax. The air conditioner produced a harsh, disturbing sound, and the tap kept dripping water nonstop throughout the day. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Worst experience i have ever seen, its too horrible, for each and every thing they ask extra charges. I booked hotel for twoo days and for visitor they asking more then booking price, for early check in they asking exta price more then hotel booking price

The hotel manager is too money minded and very rude. They ask to pay 300rs money even for one hour extra and 400rs for small coffee stain

This has been the worst booking experience I have had in all my years of travel.I booked a hotel room through the Goibibo application, and the booking was fully confirmed after successful payment. I received all booking notifications and confirmation details without any issue.However, on the day of check-in at around 10:50 AM, I received a call from the hotel stating that the room I had booked was already sold out and that no rooms were available. When I questioned how this was possible despite having a confirmed booking, I was told that the availability had been updated by the hotel on Goibibo, yet I was still able to complete the booking and make payment.I was assured by the hotel staff that the refund would be processed. After continuously following up for two days, I was then told to contact Goibibo customer care for the refund.When I asked to speak with the manager, a person named Shiva spoke to me and behaved extremely unprofessionally, lacking basic manners. Despite explaining the entire situation, he claimed that the issue was Goibibo’s mistake and stated that the hotel had not received any payment. When I asked about the staff member who had earlier guaranteed the refund, he denied responsibility, saying that the person was ’new.’When I mentioned filing a consumer complaint, he responded arrogantly that they have advocates and would handle it legally.This has been a horrible experience with both the hotel and its employees. The lack of accountability, unprofessional behavior, and complete disregard for the customer is unacceptable.I am proceeding with filing a formal complaint against the hotel. The case number and further updates will be attached accordingly.I strongly advise others not to book this hotel, as their mentality and behavior towards customers are extremely disappointing.
