The staff were most accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay feel more luxurious than we thought possible. We stayed in a Horizon Suite, and in particular Richa was polite, talented and very forthcoming with any request we had. She made our stay special and we appreciated her exceptional customer service skills.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel. The front desk personnel are quite rude and unprofessional, appearing disinterested in welcoming guests. They lack adequate knowledge. Many of the appliances in the room, such as the switchboards and telecom, are not functioning properly. Nevertheless, I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. GK Kumar, who assisted me during my difficulties with my order delivery.

I stayed here for one evening last week for a work trip. The hotel is absolutely stunning . Beautiful and stylish rooms , fabulous bath and bathroom , exceptionally clean. The staff are all very helpful and warm. I had the opportunity to dine for breakfast in the b cafe and the same with dinner. Wow !! Selection and food quality is the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. I loved the hotel and experience so much I have booked a weeks holiday there and the staff have been attentive and quick to help me secure the booking . Looking forward to my stay in May ! I stayed for 3 nights for work. The room was very large, with a desk, couch & table, plus a separate bath & shower. There was plenty of bottled water refreshed daily, plus a lovely selection of fruits juice at check in.The breakfast was expansive with local, western, and asian options, with many items made to order. Dont skip the dosas!There are plenty of staff everywhere who are always happy to help.The rooftop open air restaurant has great views.My one caveat is that everything feels a bit dated - from the decor to the fittings (several of the light switches showed extensive wear and were tricky to use).
