Akshaya Aura Hotel

Location of the hotel is excellent in terms of connectivity. It almost at the heart of the city. Room standard is good(nothing flashy about it). Breakfast is standard. Considering a budget hotel it is value for money.

Avoid this hotel. Pathetic service and rooms. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and none of the rooms had ACs working. When we complained, they responded back saying maintenance staff is not available. Ceiling fans were also not there in the rooms and as a solution to AC not working, they provided us with standing fans in each rooms but charged for AC rooms. The person at the reception was himself fed with the hotel management and was saying this is not a 3 star hotel at all and many guests keep complaining about AC.After a long big fight, they changed our rooms on the second day where AC was working. The person at the reception then told us that AC works only on certain floors. When we pay for AC rooms and end up with standing fans, it was a horrible experience. Apart from the person sitting at the reception, you do not get an opportunity to talk to anyone else there.There was only one coffee cup in the room which was booked as double occupancy. When asked for a second cup, they denied the request stating hotel policy of providing only one cup per room. When the room is booked for 2 people, is it not a standard to provide for 2 coffee cups, especially in 3 star hotels? Pathetic reasoning and pathetic customer service.Food was never hot and service was not good in the restaurant either. Bread crumbs of soup were over and even asking repeatedly for it, they never refilled it. Overly priced rates for that quality of food.Overall, the location is nice with many other options to stay. Avoid going to this hotel.

Avoid This Hotel ’ Overpriced & Zero ResponsibilityI stayed here during the expo and had one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel charges 3x the normal rates, but can’t even provide basic services like a working AC. Despite multiple follow-ups, they only gave excuses and no real solution.Customer issues are clearly not taken seriously, and the management seems least bothered once they collect the payment.If you value comfort, proper sleep, and accountability, do NOT choose this hotel. Completely disappointed with the stay.

This is almost half an hour away from the Bengaluru airport. A decent option to choose if you're flying on the next day. Food is average like all other facilities.
