The receptionist was rude made us wait at the reception for very long time. When asked why delaying in providing the room this is majestic you only get so much in warning way....very rude please avoid if ur travelling with family

The receptionist was impolite and kept us waiting at the reception for a long time. When we inquired about the delay in getting our room, the response was curt and rude. I would advise against staying here if you are traveling with family.

Apart from the food and rooms, which were decent, the service was worst. Everything was fine until we had a staff member barge into our room at 3 am with the excuse of them wanting to check whether the room was occupied or not. Im sorry, but im pretty sure there several ultimate ways foe them to do that. Me and my mother were freaked out and paranoid the entire night and reluctantly had to change the hotel the next day. The rooms have no interior lock system which compromises it's security system. That one experience whether deliberate or a accidental has me giving this hotel such bad reviews. Pls be careful.

I consistently choose this hotel due to its excellent location, clean rooms, and bathrooms. I've been staying here regularly for around 4 years. It's ideal for family visits.
