The hotel is terrible. The staff are arrogant and not flexible at all. They claim to be professional, but they are very greedy, taking less money and keeping it for themselves. The front desk is extremely rude. The rooms smell strongly of cigarettes. Room service is awful. The bathroom is old and very slippery. The value for money is nonexistent, and the staff attitude is even worse. The staff do not treat guests well. Their attitude seems to rely solely on the convenient location. I strongly advise against booking here, as it will ruin your trip.

Please consider my honest feedback first. They charged over 3,000 per night (excluding breakfast and dental kit), which I feel is not justified for the room. Additionally, they charge extra for services we request; for example, a 1-liter water bottle costs 38 rupees. This was my second stay, but I will never make this mistake again. A smaller hotel like Royal Comfort Inn in Banaswadi charges 1,350 with GST and provides all basic necessities. Also, Sanctum Suites in Indiranagar charges almost the same as Curzon Court but offers spacious rooms and better facilities. They seem more commercial than others, so think carefully before booking.

After seeing the positive reviews on Google, we chose this hotel for our family trip, but sadly, our overall experience was disappointing. Here are the main problems we encountered: Breakfast was not mentioned during booking, so we expected it to be available for purchase. However, the restaurant on the first floor, Anjappar, does not serve breakfast at all. We had to go out looking for food with hungry children in the morning. Also, the hotel prohibits outside food and non-vegetarian food, so ordering through Zomato was not an option. The hotel does not offer RO drinking water; only a 500 ml bottle is provided per guest. Any extra 1-liter bottle was charged ₹38, even though the MRP was ₹20. We had an 11-year-old child with us. The booking app indicated about ₹900 extra per person, but the room barely had space for an additional bed. If a bed was added, there would be hardly any room to move. We did not ask for an extra bed, yet we were charged ₹1082 per day per person at checkout. The restroom faucet was leaking and untidy. Upon entering the room, there was a strong cigarette smell, making it uncomfortable for a family stay. Overall, the experience seemed more focused on money than service. The lack of basic hospitality, poor upkeep, and strict policies made our stay unpleasant.

The room quality is very poor. Most of the interior furniture is broken, and the bathroom fittings are also damaged. They do not provide a dental kit or shaving kit even for a room costing Rs. 2400+GST. In my personal opinion, it is better to avoid this hotel.
