Had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get around. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Service was great throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.
Great rooms clean rooms and washrooms
Stayed here for 10 days and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.The bedsheets and towels were full of black dirt and did not seem properly washed. Some sheets were torn and had food stains on them, which was shocking. The final straw for me was the hygiene standards — making guests sleep on sheets that appeared unclean is unacceptable, especially when travelling with senior citizens. There seemed to be very little concern regarding cleanliness and basic hygiene.We also had an issue where food was coming back up through the drain because the basin was not flushing properly, which was extremely unpleasant. There was no hot water either.Customer service was also disappointing. The staff working there were generally okay, but management and reception were very unaccommodating. We stayed and paid for 10 days, yet simple requests were difficult. We asked for a fridge and despite it seeming possible to arrange, nothing was done initially. It was only after around 6 days that housekeeping supervision noticed and seemed surprised we had been staying without one and then arranged it. The supervisor actually felt bad about the situation and helped — that was appreciated — but this should not have happened in the first place.I also spoke with Mr. Prakash regarding another matter. I understand policies exist, but the tone and communication could have been handled in a much more respectful and customer-friendly way.Separately, I got sick and spent 2 days unwell after ordering food the previous night from the restaurant next door. I cannot confirm whether it was from there or elsewhere, so I won’t assume, but I did experience vomiting and felt very ill.Overall, I expected better customer service, more accommodation, and far better hygiene standards, especially for guests staying long-term and paying these rates. For this price point, there are other options nearby that I would personally consider instead.
