Rooms are just okay. The bathroom is also dirty and uncomfortable, and they don't empty the dustbins. The lady in housekeeping talks a lot and doesn't know how to speak to customers. They don't change the bedsheets and blame us for it. The night housekeeping staff are very slow; if you ask for something, they come after 2 hours. Many improvements are needed.

Terrible service. The staff do not respond whatsoever. The chicken pieces were mixed into the vegetable biriyani. Please be cautious about the food.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean, offering views of the city and mountains. It was a deluxe room featuring a king-size bed, two sofas with a table, TV, air conditioning, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe, luggage rack, and a kettle with tea and coffee sachets along with water. The room had a luxurious ambiance. A fridge is only available in the premium rooms. The room was well-lit, and the bathrooms were clean with toiletries provided. The safety rail next to the toilet was a useful addition. Although the railway station is nearby, it did not affect the noise levels in the room. The hotel is conveniently close to the highway for those traveling towards Bangalore or Kohlapur. The rooms are on the third floor, and there is a separate Paradise restaurant on the fourth floor offering panoramic views of the city and mountains. The restaurant has no air conditioning, only fans, making it somewhat warm to sit in. Room service is available, with a menu offering Indian and Chinese dishes. The service was polite, and the food was satisfactory. Car parking is available in the basement, accessible by a lift. The basement lacks lighting during the day but is well-lit at night. Unless discouraged by the area, I recommend staying overnight here. The hotel is located above Zudio with a side entrance, and a branded clothing store is within walking distance. The main shopping market is 1-2 kilometers away. Jitender at reception was professional and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were service-oriented and courteous, offering disposable room footwear voluntarily, which was a thoughtful gesture. Thank you to the Myspace JMR team for a comfortable stay.

This hotel appears to be newly constructed. The rooms are clean, tidy, and roomy. The bathrooms are also very clean. The staff are polite as well.
