Situated amidst the hills, the location offers stunning natural beauty. The food tastes great, but our last meal was ruined because the semolina upma contained insect larvae. Regarding the rooms, they smelled musty and had black spots on most walls in every room I visited, which made the bed, pillow, and blanket smell bad.

The location is fantastic and very tranquil. The meals were fresh and tasty, and the room service was quick and outstanding. I strongly recommend it!

The booking process was very smooth, and Eliza shared all photos and details about amenities on WhatsApp. She also explained how to reach the resort and warned us about the bad road, so thanks for the heads up. We left Pune around 10 AM and reached Wai by 1:30 PM. The road was good until we took a left to the resort, but the last 9 km was rough with rocks and stones, which was tiring, especially since we had a pet with us. It’s a great place for pets. Based on the pictures, we had high expectations for the room, but when we entered, it smelled bad and wasn’t very clean. The amenities need a lot of improvement, especially the bathroom and bed. The doormat was extremely dirty. Other amenities also need work, though it’s a very good spot for pets. I give 10/10 for pets because Casper walked a lot, enjoyed the greenery, and played in the ground. However, they should also improve amenities for humans. Regarding food, we ordered lunch which was really good, teatime was okay, and I loved the bhajis. Dinner was about 7/10. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement; we had sabudana khichdi and aloo paratha which were not good. Still, we had a great time because of our furry friend. Support staff Ajay was very helpful and answered every call when we needed something. Overall, I rate this place 6/10 and 10/10 for pets. So please, while you think a lot about pets, also consider the humans who bring them. Hope to see a better pet and human-friendly place next time.
