Stay is very nice and excellent. Breakfast we need to wait for everything on buffet. Staffs are not actively looking for refill . Everytime we have to go and inform them and wait 10 mins for the each time for each time . They knew about the guest count and they should plan it accordingly

I had the worst experience staying at this property. While booking on the app itself I had made it clear that I would be reaching earlier than the check-in time and any other reputable hotels would have accepted that from the guest, given rooms are vacant and available. However the man at the reception was clueless, kept saying rooms are available but I can't give it to you because it's not the check-in time. I said "Okay but you just said rooms are available, so why can't you just make me pay for it and give me the room?". He kept acting confused and repeating his words, until I sternly told him that I can pay extra , just give me the room. I couldn't argue with him after hours of travelling at 1am.The room is small, neat but small. The washroom is decent, nothing extraordinary. The location is very close to the MIMS hospital.The most disappointing part is the security. The doors are not equipped with good locks. The doors are of poor quality, not sturdy enough; a strong push and anybody could break into. The staffs are not professional. I stayed there for two days and on both days, there were attempts on breaking into my room by the staffs, imagine that. My partner was out for work, I was sleeping and on the first day, the cleaning staff tried to opened my door with the master key he had, and I had to shout to make him leave. On the second day morning, I was sleeping and the door technician tried to enter the room, opening with the key, I shouted and he apologised that he thought my room had a lock issue, that he was sorry and that was a mistake. Even though he apologised, it is simply not okay. What security are they promising? If anybody can enter your room while you're inside, what about the safety of the guests? And what about the safety of our belongings when we go out of the room? This is a grave issue. I have also made the staff aware of this issue when I checked out. I will never recommend this place to anyone, especially not female travellers. It's not worth our safety.

If you are looking for a place to stay to visit people at the MIMS hospital, this place is ideal. Neat, clean, helpful staff. Their breakfast menu is decent but their food was a bit cold and bland. Not sure if there's a hospital influence there too.
