Truly home away from home. Nice property - homely atmosphere. Location is the main plus point Gokarna main beach 2-3 mins away. Mahabaleshwar Temple can be accessible 2-3 mins from the back door of the hotel. Stayed B3 & B4 in 1st floor. One was having sea facing balcony. Lift is there - so no problem if you have aged people. Hot Water available 24/7. Restaurant at top floor closed due to off-season. Mineral water bottles served everyday. Tea/coffee room service available. Staffs are always there to help you - clean. Restaurants are nearby.

The property is a bit older, but it is well-maintained and offers good value for money. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location, with both Gokarna Beach and the Mahabaleshwar Temple within walking distance.The owner was extremely helpful and went out of the way to assist with local travel arrangements. He helped organize local cab services, two-wheeler rentals, and even guided us with food options based on our requirements, which made the trip much more convenient.The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the stay was comfortable for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Gokarna. If you are looking for an affordable guest house near Gokarna Beach and Mahabaleshwar Temple with helpful hospitality and easy access to local transport, Nimmu Guest House is a good choice. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent support from the property owner. Parking available with in property.
