I stayed in 6-bed dorm with family. Cup boards were dirty. Not even given sufficient towels even if asked for it. Rooms are only below average type. If no other good option, only then this hotel can be considered.

Location close to the beach and the Gokarna bus stand. Service is good, and decent breakfast options. Large dedicated car parking is a huge plus. Rooms can be bigger though, the common rooms are unnecessarily big at the expense of smaller bedrooms.

Poor Hotel Condition

The hotel is basically a dump . The building is run down with torn couches . The room is completely mouldy from ceiling to floor . We could hardly sleep from the smell that by morning I felt like throwing up . The metallic fittings are all rusting - taps ; door latches etc . The towels were discoloured. The bedsheets yellowish . Dust everywhere . To top all these - there were cockroaches in the room . The environment was no better - there were construction materials outside the building . Huge puddles of water on the road in front of the hotel . It was only because we arrived late in the evening in Golkarna that we had no choice but to stay the night . Would have looked for another place otherwise . When we asked for a different room ; the person in charge that we spoke with on the phone was rude and hung up on us . We also hold Agoda responsible for not checking the state of the hotel and indicated it as a 3 star place charging quite a sum by Indian standards . It should not be even a 1 star place .
