My main issue is with the price I paid; I was not satisfied with the room quality. We were given a ground floor room as requested since we are senior citizens. The location is definitely a positive aspect. It's about 450-550 meters from KSRTC bus stand and around 700-800 meters from the main Gokarna beach and Sree Mahabaleshwar Shiva temple. Unfortunately, there is no food or tea available inside the hotel, though it can be arranged on request. Personally, after paying Rs. 2300 through Goibibo, I would not recommend this place.

The bedsheets had hairs and the room was infested with cockroaches everywhere, including the bed, cupboards, and bathroom. The maintenance was very poor. The only positive points were its closeness to the beach and the spaciousness of the room.

I stayed here for a night as part of a group tour and found it enjoyable. The air-conditioned rooms were cozy, the service was satisfactory, and it offers good value for money. The Mahabaleshwar Temple is only 700 meters away, and the bathrooms were tidy. A suggestion: steer clear of the non-AC rooms since Gokarna's humid weather can be unpleasant. There isn't a pure vegetarian restaurant close by.
