Business • India • May 2026Disgusting & UnacceptableAbsolutely horrible experience at Octave Double Road. We checked in at 11:15 pm with our 6-year-old child, only to be given a room infested with cockroaches and insects.When we complained, the receptionist showed us two more rooms and both were equally filthy, with cockroaches crawling around. This clearly shows zero hygiene standards and no room maintenance at all.Despite the unsafe and unhygienic conditions, the staff refused to provide a refund and showed complete lack of concern, even after seeing we had a small child. Their attitude was careless and irresponsible.This place is NOT FIT for families or even solo travelers.Dirty rooms, arrogant staff, no accountability.Avoid this hotel at all costs.
