Everything was great: location, food, and services were perfect.

The room emitted a strong unpleasant odor, and the bathroom also had a lingering bad smell during our entire stay. The bedsheets provided were old, worn out, and seemed dirty. While the staff quickly replaced them upon our request, this should ideally be checked before guests arrive. On the plus side, the staff were courteous, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The hotel's location is convenient, offering easy access to nearby areas, which was a clear benefit. In summary, the stay was mediocre. The property benefits from a good location and polite staff, but the cleanliness and freshness of the rooms require considerable improvement.

Dated 03-07-2026. Terrible experience. I've been waiting for half an hour to speak with their manager and owner, but they act like statues with no hospitality. 1. Avoid booking this hotel. 2. Manager Sayeed is very rude, doesn't listen, treats customers poorly, and won't share the owner's name. 3. Prices are too high for what this hotel offers. 4. Staff Santosh and Manager Sayeed are uncooperative. 5. They charge extra for an 8-year-old child without an extra bed, showing no compassion; they only play Krishna music but lack humanity. 6. I paid nearly Rs. 2900 online for one day, which is non-refundable, and now they want me to cancel the booking. 7. They are now demanding an additional Rs. 1000 for my 8-year-old daughter. 8.
