A horrofic and terrible experience at La Sara Gateway, Bengaluru.Everything was fine until checkout, but the receptionist (Mr. Rajan) completely ruined the experience. He took more than 30 minutes just to check the room and then charged more than 200% and GST above MRP for basic snacks available in the room.When I questioned the pricing, he behaved very rudely and arrogantly, saying that "Hotel mein aisa hi hota hai, MRP se extra lagta hai, lagta hai aap kabhi hotel nahi gaye isliye aise puch rahe hain.’ I was shocked by his tone and behavior that this is how hotels work and implying that I don’t have experience staying in hotels. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.On top of that, the final bill had incorrect pricing, where items were charged under different categories at even higher rates without proper explanation.This kind of behavior and billing practice is unacceptable. Strongly not recommended unless the management improves staff behavior and transparency. Mr. Rajan was highly rude, arogant, unprofessional and overall it was an nightmare experience.

We had an excellent stay at La Sara Gateway Hotel.The hospitality shown by the entire team was truly exceptional.Our Malaysian guests were treated with great care, warmth, and respect.From the room service staff to the security guards, everyone was courteous and helpful.The housekeeping, front desk, and restaurant team provided outstanding service throughout our stay.The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The facilities were excellent and made our experience even more enjoyable.Thank you for making us feel so welcome and valued.We highly recommend La Sara Gateway Hotel for its outstanding hospitality and excellent service.Thank you,Kingsley and Preethi

We had a very disappointing experience at La Sara Hotel, Bommasandra.We had booked two rooms for Sunday night because we had a government office appointment early Monday morning and were traveling from another state. Our plan was simply to check in early Monday morning, freshen up, rest for a couple of hours, and then leave for our appointment.Despite having booked the rooms from Sunday, they were not ready when we arrived on Monday morning. To make matters worse, there was no receptionist or manager available to check us in. We waited around 15 minutes before the manager finally arrived, only to be told that we would have to wait another 15 minutes for the rooms. In reality, it took nearly 30 more minutes before we were finally given our rooms.Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. One of the bathroom shower faucets wouldn't shut off, and we had to wait for a technician to come and fix it before we could even use the bathroom.We paid ’6,500 for two rooms that we ended up using for less than an hour, yet the manager showed no apology or concern for the inconvenience caused. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way, but none was offered.Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that travelers consider other accommodation options before booking this hotel, especially if you need reliable service or have important appointments to attend.
