I was skeptical before arriving but once I have reached the place the locality is very calming and the room maintenance is awesome

The staff behavior at this hotel is extremely poor, and in particular, a staff member named Louis is exceptionally rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He pretends to be polite initially, but his arrogance soon takes over—he looks down on guests, treats them as inferior, and acts as if he is superior to everyone.I have been a regular guest here, often booking my stay for 5 to 6 days at a stretch. One day, my booking expired by mistake, and I returned to the hotel completely unaware that my reservation hadn’t been renewed. Instead of handling the situation politely or professionally, Louis utterly humiliated me. He spoke with extreme disrespect, verbally abused me, and treated me like a criminal or a fraudster who stays without paying and runs away. He arrogantly told me, 'I have a business to run, and I deal with people like you all the time.' In my entire life, I have stayed at numerous hotels, but I have never encountered such an atrocious hotel staff or such a vile, disgraceful individual.To make matters worse, the cleanliness and hygiene standards are completely unacceptable. Fresh bed linen is never provided between guests. Whether someone stays for one day or four days, once they check out, the housekeeping staff merely dusts off the used bed, sheets, and pillows instead of replacing them with freshly washed ones. The exact same unwashed bedsheet and pillowcases are left for the next arriving guest. This is utterly filthy and poses a serious health hazard, drastically increasing the risk of spreading fungal infections and skin diseases from one guest to another.This has been hands-down the worst experience of my life. Between the verbal abuse from staff and the hazardous hygiene conditions, I strongly urge travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs.
