Just came from Shillong. Room was spacious but the two ladies on reception area not at all cooperative as on the first evening of our stay we ask for towels but we were told that they would provide only one towel but later on the man on reception cooperated with us and provided towels. . And on the second day after reaching from day trip really astonished to find that the two single sofas from the five seater was missing while on enquiry the lady on the reception desk told that those two sofa were there due to meeting purpose moreover told one more thing that they removed those two single sofa for repairing purpose in her words woh sab thik korne ke liye niche rakha gaya. I am really dumb struck as I am really unaware of such type of activities after allotting one room how could the authorities without communicating could remove the inner furnitures. The bath room is very slippery and water used to go to backwards. There was only curtain in bathroom . Overall stay is not satisfactory

I visit the hotel with my friend and stayed for 5days.Here we get the various experience of shilong.The service of the hotel is good.The water,foods and the management are also very good.The cost of the room is low but the quality of the hotel is give a feel of luxury room.I prefer to people for stay in this hotel from my experience.
