I don't often leave negative reviews, but my recent stay was so disappointing that I felt I had to speak up. The staff overall were very unprofessional, unhelpful, and extremely slow to respond. I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with a staff member named Benjamin, who refused to replace my obviously damaged bedsheets and pillowcases. When I asked for his name, he lied and gave me a coworker's name to avoid responsibility. I only learned his real name later from another employee. On a positive note, Armin was the only staff member who was polite during my stay. Future guests should also note the lack of basic amenities: drinking water is not complimentary, toiletries are not provided, and there are no ceiling fans in the rooms. It's unfortunate because the property itself is quite nice, but the terrible service really spoils the experience.

The service was terrible. The reception is always unattended, and they don't answer guests' calls. There was no water in the bathroom all night, and despite my attempts to inform them, no one responded. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
