The staff is very uncooperative. I had to call the manager to the rescue. No bathroom toiletries, very congested room, small size double bed. No space to even move within the room, no tv and no 24 hours service. These rooms are in the 2nd floor of an apartment which has no lift. No restaurant facilities. Morning complimentary breakfast is one boiled egg, two toasts, one banana, one cube of butter and cup of tea. Definitely not recommended as at this price you can get good hotels in Shillong. I didn't even get an extra mattress for which I had requested 3 months before check in. The staff gives away rooms to sos travellers leaving only the least preferred ones for those who have pre-bookings. Super thugs and cheats. Never choose this option. Don't go by hotel pics of rooms. They are deceiving.

I stayed here for two nights. The location in Lumawrie is great. The rooms are nicely decorated but quite small for the price, especially the bathrooms which are very cramped with hardly any space to move. The power sockets in my room were also not working properly. Despite being on the third floor, there were mosquitoes and no mosquito repellent provided. The room lacked a fan. The service was somewhat indifferent, requiring me to request every basic need like towels and timely breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay but had its issues. The service could definitely be better.

This is among the top hotels in Shillong. The rooms are lovely and well-maintained. The staff members are very welcoming. I strongly suggest this hotel for a family stay.

I booked this hotel "Silver Sky guess house" for 3 nights from 22 May 2026 to 25 May 2026. One of the staffs even come to me and asked when would I check out after staying one night...that's such ignorance when my stay is for 3 nights, I told him politely that I would stay till 25 May ..and also my booking includes Breakfast. I got Breakfast only one time during those three nights and 2 full days and one half day. For those 3 nights I was given rs 10 water bottle and other if I need it I would have to pay..guys would you be sufficient with just one bottle? After repeated requests about the Breakfast no one will respond. So my review is a big "NO". After you paid no one will care about you...servicing is zero in my opinion and based on my experienced
