We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Heiga VNS in Shillong, and it truly felt like a 3-star property with 5-star professionals! From the moment we arrived (they do have amazing welcome drink ), the entire team was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable.A special mention to Cyrus, who took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to help us host our guests at the Red Rock Restaurant. His attention to detail, hospitality, and willingness to help made the entire experience seamless and memorable. The Red Rock Restaurant itself is fantastic’the food, ambience, and service were all excellent.Firstborn and Welcome also deserve a special shout-out for ensuring that we had a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout. Their warm and thoughtful service really made us feel at home.The hotel also offers an impressive breakfast spread with plenty of options, which was a great way to start our mornings. Considering the quality of the rooms, amenities, hospitality, restaurant, and overall experience, the pricing is very reasonable and makes it excellent value for money.We would definitely recommend Hotel Heiga VNS, especially for families looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and budget-friendly stay in Shillong. The wonderful staff truly make this place stand out!

The hotel is amazing for any kind of trip you plan be it with friends, family or whatever. The vibe, the rooms, the food everything is amazing. A lot of options and different cuisines for both veg and non veg eaters that too with a great taste. The rooms give luxury and aesthetic vibes, We had a booking of superior rooms and experience was unbelievable. Truly made our trip very comfortable.

Great experience at Hotel Heiga. Something great about this place is the warm hospitality.Got a room upgrade at check-in and the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, hygienic and well-maintained.Food was very good - fresh, tasty, and served on time. Room service was great, quick and courteous.Specially the staff is very goodThey even offered our kid a complimentary breakfastOverall stay was smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend Hotel Heiga for anyone visiting the area.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. However washroom has couple of issues like hot water wasn't coming some time and shower knob was broken. But washroom was very clean and had all the essential toiletries. They were cleaning the room daily. Location is very good and you will get taxy easily for police bazaar. Staffs were good and polite.
