Lodge but suits hotel. The ambience is very good rooms are spacious staffs are very polite and co operative a very good hotel to stay and enjoy.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and had a really pleasant experience. Everything was well-maintained and clean, which made the stay comfortable from the start. The caretaker was helpful, and the manager gave us a warm welcome, setting a positive tone right away.They also assisted us in arranging local taxis and scooty rentals, which made exploring the area much easier. Additionally, they recommended good options for ordering food through Zomato and Swiggy, and the choices turned out to be great.The property itself is beautiful and located higher up on the hill, offering a stunning view of the entire Shillong city. I had booked the executive room with a personal balcony, and that turned out to be the best decision. The balcony views, especially during the evenings, were amazing.Nights were quite cold and windy—so much so that there was no need for a fan or AC.Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Shillong.
