Overall experience in this hotel is excellent. The staff and their interactions was very pleasant,so also the rooms maintenance is highly appreciated.they give you the homely feeling once you enter their premises.You should stay over to experience it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was not cooperative or helpful throughout my stay. The buffet food was also below expectations in terms of quality and variety.I had booked a room with my family, including a small baby. The room provided had twin beds instead of a proper double bed. I politely requested the staff to provide a double bed because I was concerned that my baby could fall into the gap between the beds. However, the staff was unwilling to assist and did not show any concern for our situation.The next day, my room was changed, but it was the same category of room with only one difference ’ it had a double bed instead of twin beds. Surprisingly, after changing the room, the hotel cancelled my dinner buffet entitlement. I was told that if I wanted the room with a double bed, I would have to forgo the buffet.Since I had already paid in advance for a three-day stay, I had no option but to accept the situation. As a result, I lost the dinner buffet that was included in my booking, which was unfair and disappointing.Overall, the lack of customer service, poor staff attitude, and unfair handling of my request made my stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to families traveling with young children.

However, after the room change, the hotel revoked my dinner buffet entitlement, saying that choosing the double bed room meant losing the buffet. Since I had prepaid for three days, I had no choice but to accept this, resulting in losing the dinner buffet included in my booking, which felt unfair and disappointing. Overall, the poor customer service, bad staff attitude, and unfair treatment made my stay unpleasant. I would not suggest this hotel for families with young children.

Hotel ki service bilkul bekaar hai. Na washroom ki safai ke liye koi aata hai, na brush aur zaroori cheezein theek se milti hain. Bachche ko chot lagne par band aid bhi nahi mila. Main is hotel se bahut naraaz hoon. Humne 2 din ke liye 2 kamre 54000 rs mein liye, lekin service bilkul zero thi.

If I get a chance to give zero star for this hotel, I can do that but unfortunately. Hotel is full of wasting people's who didn't actually know how to serve the guest. Food quality is also not good, waiters are useless. I eventually sleep without taking dinner, we book room with breakfast & dinner but didn't eat because of waiters services. They are not bothering if you sleep hungry or angry. Toilet seat was broken for room 319. Manager is absconding always & nobody bothered about customer service. Highly recommend not book this hotel if you want good experience of shillong city & your whole tour.
