It’s not the staff’s fault, just the way the building is constructed. Noise from the hallway was quite disturbing at night, and I had to call the reception to manage a loud group of guests. The hotel responded quickly and professionally.Some guests simply lack basic courtesy and awareness of others, but again, that’s not on the hotel.
Spacious rooms and exceptional staffs! Wifi service needs to be improved, as it was getting disconnected every few minutes. Breakfast spread needs to be improved. Very few choices. But would visit again!
