The location was quite handy, the staff were welcoming, and the place was tidy. The rooms turned out to be smaller than they looked in the pictures. One small problem was that breakfast was late every day. If you're on vacation, it's probably fine, but if you're traveling for work and need to stick to a timetable, you'll definitely face delays. During my 5-night stay, breakfast was consistently delayed by 15 to 30 minutes each day.

We had a wonderful stay at Kynjing Suites and would certainly suggest it to travelers seeking a clean, cozy place at a fair price in a prime spot. The standout aspect was the housekeeping and room service team—they were very humble, courteous, and responded quickly to our requests, making our stay very comfortable. The rooms were immaculate, well-kept, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The restaurant also impressed us with tasty food at reasonable prices, offering good value. However, the reception staff could have done better. Important hotel policies were not explained at check-in, such as the fact that room service would be unavailable after we checked out on departure day; the room service phone was just deactivated without warning, which was inconvenient. We also weren’t informed about which services were included or available during our stay. For instance, there is no laundry service, which we only discovered after asking the day before leaving. This information would have been useful at check-in. Another letdown was that breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate and, at about ₹300 per person, seemed overpriced. We received only two tea and coffee sachets in the room with no indication if these would be replenished daily, so we ended up ordering tea (₹60 per person) and coffee (₹80 per person) twice daily. The drinking water policy also needs clarity: although complimentary water is advertised, only 1 litre per day is free, and extra bottles cost money. This should be clearly communicated upfront, as guests usually expect free drinking water. Overall, despite the reception’s communication shortcomings, the excellent housekeeping, clean rooms, great restaurant, and good value made our stay pleasant. With improved guest communication and clearer details about hotel policies and services, this hotel could easily offer a 5-star experience.

Overall, we had a great stay at Kynjing Suites, and I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a clean, comfortable stay at a reasonable price in a great location.The biggest highlight was the housekeeping and room service staff.
