Visited in January 2026, found the property incredible. We didn't stay here but spent quite a while around the premises having visited for lunch. Food was pretty good, but was absolutely blown away by the service. Definite recommend.

Dear Sir/Madam,My name is Ankur. I have been working as a tour guide in Northeast India since 2011. Recently, during our Meghalaya tour, I stayed at your property in Ri Shat with my team of two drivers.I would like to share my personal feedback regarding our stay:We did not get proper accommodation.No food was provided for us during the 3 nights, even though our group of 20 tourists was staying with buffet arrangements.Washrooms were very dirty and unhygienic; the condition was so bad that I became sick.There was loud shouting by staff outside during the night, which disturbed our rest.Drivers also faced the same problems, even after being charged for their stay.We understand charges for guide and driver stay, but basic cleanliness, food, and respectful treatment are necessary. Unfortunately, the management for guide and driver arrangements was very poor.Please improve these facilities for future tour teams so that such problems do not happen again.Thank you.

Disappointing Food Experience

The food was really bad. I am sure they are recycling the items. Atleast make sure you thaw the food before serving- the caramel custard was still frozen inside and make idlis fresh or remove them from the menu- they were stone hard possibly due to frequent reheating. I left with food poisoning. You shouldn't be running a resort if u cant ensure food safety.Rooms are very good though.

Food at the bar was amazing . All continental, indian and Chinese was excellent! Got soup, curry n naan and the chicken breast . Top food. Drinks was good too! The watermelon fresh juice topped with white rum! 10/10
