My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The air conditioning in my room malfunctioned, which made my stay very uncomfortable. Even after reporting the problem several times, the staff did not take responsibility or offer a proper fix. The customer service was lacking, and there appeared to be minimal care for guest comfort or satisfaction. I would advise against staying here unless they make major improvements in maintenance and staff responsiveness.

It's close to banke bihari mandir. Staff is good . Rooms are not that cleaned & maintained. Overall okish. We met "Peanut" there cute dog. The Lawn is beautiful. They also have a Shiva temple there.

The hotel is near Banke Bihari Mandir. The staff is friendly. The rooms could be cleaner and better maintained. Overall, it's just okay. We encountered a cute dog named "Peanut" there. The lawn is lovely, and there is also a Shiva temple on the premises.
