horrible experience at this hotel .. bad smelly rooms . leaking bathrooms . Zero Service . one of the most horrible experience my family had in this hotel ... please avoid

Jaivardhan Singh is the most rude person who straight away says: -"I do not want to understand any of your concern. Just take the keys of you want to, otherwise do as you like (means go away). You should ready and study the rules of this place before entering but I am not responsible for anything.I do not fear any google reviews because I know many other ways to earn."Jaivardhan Singh ordered facility staff not to attend personally. Instead, instruct customers to go to reception ("inhe reception par bejo na, yaha andar mat baat karwaao")But property is deteriorated. We visited in Navratris 20225. Rooms alloted to us had walls all grubbing off by seepage. Door handles were broken and non working. Towels torn and quilts damaged.Jaivardhan Singh should learn good behaviour from Anil and Moorat. Anil and Moorat are sensible, quick, polite, hardworking and always ready to assist with no time constraints.

I booked a normal room for ’1800. The room and washroom were clean, and they provided two towels, soap, shampoo, and two 500ml water bottles. The AC in this room wasn’t working, though.The hotel location was fine, and while the approach road looked just okay, the hotel interior and lawn area were quite nice.When I informed the staff about the AC issue, they first said a technician would come to repair it. However, when I mentioned that I might check out, they upgraded me to a Deluxe Room (worth ’2200) at no extra cost.The Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, with a working AC, good mirror, chairs, clean washroom, and a functioning geyser. The same complimentary items were provided as before.Overall, it turned out to be a nice and comfortable experience, especially thanks to the staff’s quick response and upgrade.

Rooms are best but room service very poor due to staff shortage.. in this bathroom without lock or brekage lock. breakfast available after 9 AM. Restaurant not available in this hotel the price high on food. shower Water very salted at this hotel do not mouth wash and hand wash this water. Temple are closed approx 12 Pm to 4 Pm. then breakfast service are bad.

Very bad hotel, behaviour is very bad. Don't plan to stay here.They intentionally power off the ac , after complaining they don't resolve the issue. They have secret device for power saver. Though you set the temp. Of AC at 18, it will not cool. Because they heve set the power saver secret switch ON.Fan is also not working properly, too slow moving.The biggest thing is if you complain, they will show you their temper.
