Hotel Shubham Majesty

My stay at the hotel was below expectations. The rooms were average, but several aspects need improvement. The lighting in the room was not adequate, and the beds and overall interior felt outdated and could use better maintenance. The biggest issue was the condition of the toilets. They were not well maintained and had an unpleasant smell. The shower was not working, and the exhaust fan was also not functioning, which made the situation worse. Overall, the hotel needs to focus on improving room maintenance, especially the bathroom facilities, lighting, and interior quality to provide a more comfortable stay for guests.The hotel has a very good location, especially for visitors coming to see Banke Bihari Temple. It is located very close to the temple, which makes it convenient for darshan. Another positive point is that the market area is just outside the hotel, so food, shopping, and other essentials are easily accessible.However, the rooms were only average and need improvement. Location is Superb as it is walking distance from the Banke Bihari Mandir. Staff is very polite and room service is smooth. Cleanliness is ok but in dham location takes over. Radhey Radhey must stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Shubham Majestic. The rooms were spacious and overall comfortable, but there were a few broken fixtures that need attention and better maintenance.The service was good and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience pleasant.However, the room rates felt quite steep for the overall experience and did not completely justify the value for money. Also, I noticed that booking through online portals was significantly cheaper than booking directly at the hotel, so I would recommend comparing prices before confirming.Overall, a decent stay with good service, but improvements in maintenance and pricing would make it much better.

We stayed here with our family for 4 night's. Amazingly stay rooms are big in size with enough amenities. We had poori bhaji in breakfast it was amazing. And food was always tasty. 24 hours hot water . front office staff mayur,ashutosh,himanshu very helpful. Jugnu and shankar also very good. Cudos to Mr Chaudhary to maintain such a good property.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The location is perfect, as it is very close to Bankey Bihari Temple, making temple visits easy and convenient.The food was delicious, fresh, and served with good hygiene.The hotel is suitable for both families and solo travelers, offering a safe and peaceful environment.Overall, a great experience with good service, comfortable stay, and an excellent location.
