I booked here for almost a week, and later I asked for refund for last few days . This is my honest review:> - Poor ventilation in the room. During hot weather or summer, it can feel very uncomfortable. It may be better in winter.> - Frequent power cuts, even at night, which disturbed my sleep multiple times.> - Mosquitoes in the room, so it’s better to carry mosquito repellent or a mosquito net.> - The location on Google Maps is incorrect. It shows near Banke Bihari Temple, but the actual property is on the opposite side. Follow the address instead of the map location.> - The building is still under construction, so expect some noise.> - There was no housekeeping service. The floors were unclean, the bedsheets were not changed, and no proper cleaning was done during the stay.> - Ask about all room amenities before booking. There are different room categories, so confirm what facilities are included, such as whether the room has AC, a window, or a balcony.> - For food you have to go out > -There is no power generator available. Each floor only has an inverter with limited backup, which can run just one fan, and even the exhaust fan does not work on it.I would recommend staying in Chaitanya Vihar area , which has better power supply almost all the time .

Hotel is decent, but need to travel 1.7kms from center and no Air conditioner or Ventilation.. Rest all good

Location mentioned in map is very different from actual location. Rooms and toilets are very dirty.

The room which was allotted to me was not cleaned,the bathroom was also not cleaned, dirty tissue Paper was available in the bathroom and dustbin,no ventilation was available, Bedsheet and pillow covers were provided to me by the staff and said plzz Spread it. I told for room cleanliness staff told sweeper is not available,I Spend in hotel for 2 to 3 days bt no any sweeper came.I really shocked when this was happening. I suggest no booking of the hotel should be done through IRCTC IXIGO.
