we had the worst experience there , i mean yeah i agree the staff was somewhere good, but the room, it was in a terrible condition, no air conditioning, the bed sheets were dirty and wet , even after getting those changed, those were still dirty , the walls had seepage , the TV was just for show , the helped admitted that, and the bathroom was even worse

Our experience here was terrible; I advise against booking through Agoda despite the lower prices. We actually switched hotels just a few hours after arriving, and there were no refunds available. The photos are very misleading, none of them reflect reality. The bathroom is really awful, and the room itself is also disappointing.

I wouldnt even give 1 star to this. We reached at night and called the no. they gave to us. The lady on the phone Ms. Rukhsar , kept on insisting for payment first and after that she gets to see phone nos. Of receptionist and manager there. Total fraud. After doing the payment she told us to call on an Invalid no. On the app. Then after this she gave us the nos. She had with her all this time. Now when we reached the manager, Mr. Paras who btw was in Sonipatm he called other 2 people and apparently there was no one at the property. After waiting for 1.5 hrs a guy who was sleeping all this time showed us the room which was super unhygenic. When asked to change sheets he blatantly refused . Pictures online are misleading . The whole organisation is fraud and we were haraassed badly.

When we reached the manager, Mr. Paras, who was actually in Sonipat, he contacted two others but no one was at the property. After waiting for 1.5 hours, a man who had been sleeping showed us a very unhygienic room. When we asked for clean sheets, he refused outright. The online pictures are deceptive. The entire operation is fraudulent and we were treated very poorly.
