We spent two days here, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel was tidy, cozy, and well kept. The staff were very kind, courteous, and always willing to assist, which made our visit even better. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home during our entire stay. If you prefer a quiet and picturesque setting away from busy traffic and city sounds, this hotel is ideal for enjoying quality moments with family or loved ones. I would certainly suggest this hotel to anyone seeking a restful and pleasant stay.

A wonderful place to stay with fantastic atmosphere, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and excellent staff behavior.

The hotel is more like a lodge, charging 6k for rooms but the room upkeep is lacking. Bedsheets have stains. The cleanliness in the washroom and surrounding areas is extremely poor. The manager at reception is quite arrogant. Rooms lack AC, which is quite usual here. Regarding food, the service is terrible; it took an hour just to get tomato soup. Breakfast service is very slow, and you have to ask multiple times to receive your food.

The property offers some advantages, particularly the stunning mountain views and tranquil environment. The rooms and general atmosphere are acceptable, and the location is suitable if you want to avoid the busy town center. However, our stay was marred by several problems. From the moment we booked, there were numerous unfulfilled promises and poor communication among staff. We had to deal with 3–4 different people, including Mr. David (Online Reservations), Mr. Gaurav (GM), and Mr. Mahipal (Owner), but the information given was often contradictory, causing confusion and inconvenience. A major issue was the internet connection. Before booking, we clearly informed the hotel that both my wife and I would be working remotely and needed a stable internet connection. We knew mobile coverage was limited in the area, as the hotel had openly stated, but we were assured the internet at the property would be reliable. Unfortunately, the internet service did not meet these expectations. Over two days, we faced repeated connectivity problems that hindered our work. On day one, we had to work from a nearby local shop due to poor internet. On day two, the hotel kindly arranged access to a small office space within a kilometer, which helped us continue working. While we appreciate the team's efforts to assist, the situation was quite stressful. Traveling with a 7-year-old child while managing work responsibilities made having to move around for internet even harder. This was not the experience we expected after clearly stating our remote work needs before booking. The food was average and could be better. The breakfast included in the CP plan had very limited choices, which was disappointing given the package. Special thanks to Chinmoy, a kind and sincere person from Assam, who looked after us during our stay and was always ready to help. His professionalism and hospitality greatly improved our experience. Without him, it could have been much worse. Another highlight was the nearby Truck & Tales Café, which has a great vibe, lovely views, and a friendly atmosphere. Spending time there lifted our spirits and helped us stay positive despite the resort's challenges. Overall, the view and location are the property's best features, but improved coordination, clearer communication, dependable internet, and better food options would greatly enhance the guest experience.
