I was at Panaji Residency from 27 July 2026 to 28 July 2026. After leaving, I only realized at the airport that I had left my gold ring behind, but the hotel contacted me before I knew. They told me they found something, confirmed the details with me, and made sure it was returned safely. I am very grateful to Ms. Cora Rocha from Customer Relations, the receptionist on duty, and the honest cleaning staff who reported it. Their professionalism and honesty are highly praiseworthy.

The hotel's location is good, but the overall experience was disappointing.The rooms are not well maintained. One night, when I needed to use the bathroom, the door lock became stuck and would not open. I had to call the reception, and the staff came to unlock the door.The breakfast was extremely poor. There was very little variety, and the quality of the food served was below expectations. They also refused to provide tea without sugar, which was disappointing.
