The hotel's location is the only positive aspect; otherwise, the service is very poor. The room lacked basic amenities such as bath towels, hand towels, a dusting mat, and even hand wash in the bathroom. The receptionist, Gita, was highly unprofessional, as she did not provide the towels and hand wash despite three calls. When the manager was contacted, the staff said the manager was resting. It seems the manager's role is just to rest, even when guests have concerns. Overall, the service is worse than third class, with no one taking responsibility for guest care. It appears the hotel is too busy to address guest issues. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional and poor behavior of the staff and the terrible service. I strongly advise travelers not to choose this hotel based on reviews, as I did, because the reality is completely different. Staying here is a waste of money and ruins your leisure time.

Avoid this place even if it's free unless you can handle extremely bad smells. The rooms have a terrible odor and the beds and blankets are very dirty. There is no customer service whatsoever. The only positive is the location by the lake, but that doesn't make up for the unpleasant experience.

There was no freezer in the room even though it's a 4-star hotel. The hotel is very nice and the breakfast was delicious. The check-out time is really bad; they should extend it to 22 or 23 hours.
