Excellent location, facing Keventers. Beautiful, large rooms, very clean and all new. We stayed there off-season, so the rate was very reasonable, especially as they upgraded us to a room with a mountain view. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety. My only minor complaint was the noise coming from the corridor through the gap at the bottom of the door - which should be sealed. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay, and I would certainly stay here again.

Unfortunately the bed sheets and pillow cases were rather dirty. Didn’t realise til we went to bed so didn’t get them changed. Told staff next day who apologised. Sheets had been washed I think. Just not very well. Otherwise place was ok

The hotel is very conveniently located on Mall Road! It's a beautiful property with quick service and polite staff. We traveled with our 3-year-old son, and the staff was very attentive to our needs for him. The rooms, which offer a lovely mountain view, are spacious for a hotel in this area. Special thanks to the staff: Rahul, Ashnath, Gautam, and the entire team! Very professional!
