Highly Disappointing Stay

Very Disappointing Experience ’ Not RecommendedWe stayed at this hotel during our visit to Chittoor for a friend’s wedding and had booked two suite rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.In one of the rooms, the air conditioner was being switched off every 30 minutes without our knowledge, which made the stay very uncomfortable. In the other room, the AC kept tripping automatically due to heavy load issues. For a hotel claiming to offer suite rooms, such basic facility failures are unacceptable.What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and careless response from the reception staff when we raised the issue. Instead of resolving the problem or offering assistance, their attitude was dismissive and irresponsible.Parking management is another major problem. The hotel does not maintain proper parking space. When we parked our car in the designated area, it was completely surrounded by bikes, making it impossible to take the car out when we needed to leave for the function. There was no watchman or staff member present to manage the parking area. I have attached photos that clearly show this situation.Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Poor facility management, careless staff behavior, and lack of basic organization make this place highly inconvenient for guests.If you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, my strong suggestion is to avoid this hotel.
