SRI HARI RESIDENCY

My recent stay was quite disappointing. Before arriving, I called the hotel to inform them of my late arrival and asked if the room price could be negotiated. They said yes and invited me to come. But once I got there, they abruptly changed their stance and rudely said no negotiation was possible. Since I arrived late, I had no real choice but to stay. If they had been honest on the phone about the fixed price, I would have chosen another hotel. The owners need to communicate better and treat guests with respect. Giving one answer over the phone and then changing it upon arrival is misleading. I stayed only about 6 hours. My first stay was fine, but this time the room had cockroaches and the bathroom was dirty, which is unacceptable. I understand if prices are fixed, but that should be clearly communicated beforehand. Even with a fixed price, service and cleanliness should meet basic standards. Sadly, this stay did not.

A budget-friendly and cozy spot suitable for families, located within walking distance of Kanipakam temple, directly on the main road. Mr. Hari Naidu was very helpful and accessible whenever we needed assistance. Strongly recommended.

Rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent.
