They are charging around 2500 for a room, yet none of the basic services are provided. The room was not clean at all, and no bathroom essentials were provided by the hotel. The staff seemed least bothered about customer service, which made the stay very disappointing.

Excellent location , very courteous behavior of staffs, room is value for money. Comfortable stay with family. Highly recommended

Terrible experience at last week.The general manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were rude and dismissive when my wife asked for a room change, and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional and made our stay very unpleasant. The service was poor, and our concerns were ignored.The GM's behavior was a major letdown. Expecting a certain level of service and respect, especially from someone in a leadership role, but got none.needs to work on customer service. Very disappointed with our stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room service & staff are not good..Rooms price is much more than it quality.Ive booked 1 king size bed in rs 3400 but the bathroom tap & fittings are not properly working. Useless staff..they dont understand any language except assames...Very disappointed with the hotel.I will never book this hotel & will try one book the hotel from our company..SANY.

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the staff was unhelpful, and the amenities were subpar. The breakfast was stale, and the Wi-Fi was non-existent.The worst part was the attitude of the staff, who seemed completely uninterested in resolving our issues. We were promised a room upgrade, but it never happened. The hotel's management seems to be taking their customers for granted.I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The rating is a generous 1/5 stars.DO NOT STAY HERE!
