Hotel Sui

Rude behaviour by the Reception manager. They she was very rude with my parents. My Father asked to keep the breakfast for 15mins...! But she was arguing for 20mins instead doing something good for their guest. As a guest i felt ashamed staying at this hotel.

During check in.... They asked me extra early check in fees 1500/-, it was 12:45pm. I asked them to provide the rooms. Manager didn't provided She was very rude with everyone even with their own staff. I'm not gonna stay next time. Zero Hospitality.

Good hotel to find in a busy Fancy bazar. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms are the decor is good. The kitchen service is good and the food is very tasty and good quality.The room service could be improved. Though they claim to try arranging cab service for you, you feel disheartened when they say no cabs can be arranged. We had told them the day we arrived at the hotel that we would require a cab for us to drop at the Guwahati Railway station in the morning around 5:30AM, despite of repeated follow ups there was no cab arranged and this is what we heard from the team. This is definitely a 3 star however for travellers coming from outside on their own, if cab service can be made available or some kind of tie-up should be there, will definitely help.Otherwise very nice hotel, the staff is helping and well spoken.Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5

Disappointing Breakfast Experience Ruined an Otherwise Good StayThe hotel itself is good, and the location is convenient. However, if you are planning to book this property with the breakfast option, I would strongly advise reconsidering.The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. The restaurant staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, making guests feel as though they were asking for a favor rather than receiving a service that was already paid for. The level of hospitality was far below what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.What was even more frustrating was the management's response when I raised my concerns. There was no sincere apology, no effort to address the issue, and no attempt to make up for the unpleasant experience. It felt as though guest feedback was simply ignored.It's unfortunate because the property itself has a lot going for it, but hospitality is about more than just the building and location. There are several other hotels nearby that offer similar accommodations, so I would recommend exploring those options before booking here. My experience with the restaurant staff left a very negative impression and overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.

We hade a wonderful stay at hotel Sui during our stay in Guwahati. Location wise I think it is one of the best places in Guwahati. It is located in the Fancy bazaar, which is great. Major locations like Kamakhya Temple, Umananda temple, Paltan bazaar is within 30 minutes. Enough transportation option is available.
