MW Hotel

Now i am convinced that the hotel is practicing some malpractice in review system anyone cuz no one will give this hotel 5 star rating. Worst food worst room in breakfast they gave me smallest possible bread on the world that too 2 peices and when i aske dfor more the guy dissapeared i felt bad for mysleft and they charged me 4800 per night......i will be gr8ful even if i'll be able to save one person from this hotel by posting this review......damn

Had an excellent experience at Hotel MW.. everything was wonderful... Mr. Sanjay Saraniya full filled all our needs..Such a polite..and nice guy.. all staffs are very good...

Disclaimer: whoever rated this hotel high must have been people who are from the hotels or people with very low standard of expectations.Here is my honest review.Rooms: Rooms are dusty and the smell is unbearable. They sprayed room freshener when we arrive and it still didnt conceal the dusty smell. They set up an extra bed but didnt provide blankets and we realize late at night hence one had to sleep without one.Space: no proper maintenance of the space the building looks old. Our room windows was dusty. The AC was set on default and we could not change the tempt. The lobby had no AC and the hotel didnt keep customer in mind. The elevator didnt work.Food: huge delay, we had to wait for so many hours to get our snacks in the room. Breakfast too we had to wait for almost 1 hour to get it. They knew how many guest in the rooms but they didnt prepare before hand. The worst part is they dont allow outside food, so we had to wait either way.Staff were not professional, upon entering our rooms many staffs entered and made last moment adjustment and cleaning. Check in was suppose to be done at 1 pm and our arrival was around 2:30 pm, hence staff should have completed their room cleaning way before.Overall i expected so much more from the hotel, and these are simply basic expectations, especially with 7k plus rate for 2 rooms.

I recently started at hotel Mw and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent.. Food was also really good. Location is also on a highway. The room were spacious and clean.. Overall a good experience
