Terrible Reception Experience

10 star only for ixigo staff you guys are doing awesome job. I booked an AC room through the ixigo app. The payable amount displayed was INR 1039 with breakfast clearly marked as prepaid. Upon arrival, the receptionist demanded an additional INR 500 simply to allow entry into the room and refused to acknowledge the breakfast inclusion, despite the booking terms. When questioned regarding the discrepancy with the ixigo pricing, the receptionist stated that they do not provide rooms at “OYO rates.” This indicates a deliberate scam intended to extort guests. Only after ixigo intervened and agreed to cover the unjustified extra charge was I permitted to check in. The receptionist demonstrated unprofessionalism, unethical conduct, and a clear intent to profit dishonestly. The hospitality standards are unacceptable. The establishment appears to exploit couple-friendly bookings, assuming such guests will pay any amount demanded. I booked the room solely for myself, and yet they attempted the same fraudulent practice. Potential guests should avoid this property entirely due to its deceptive pricing, predatory behaviour, and disgraceful service.

Terrible Booking Experience

They do not provide their reception/hotel number directly and you have to book through third party (OYO, Make my trip etc) and in the app they show heavy discount trapping the customers to pay advance and book. and once you reach for your stay they say that they can't provide the room as per the booking amount shown in the app and charge you more. Even when you want to check out they ask to pay the full amount even if you do not stay. Even the rooms were not good. Worst.
