Very Disappointing and Unhygienic Stay at Hotel AsianaMy experience at Hotel Asiana was extremely disappointing. The hotel is completely unhygienic and poorly maintained.’ Dirty Rooms: The room was not cleaned properly. Floors, beds, and corners were dirty.’ Uncomfortable Beds: They provided single beds with very poor-quality mattresses. It was very uncomfortable to sleep.’ Dirty Washroom: The washroom was in terrible condition, dirty and not maintained. It did not feel safe or hygienic to use.’ Shower Not Working: The shower was not working properly, which caused a lot of inconvenience.’ No Basic Amenities: Basic things like proper toiletries, clean towels, and room essentials were missing.’ Poor Overall Maintenance: The hotel does not care about cleanliness or guest comfort.Overall, this was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not worth the money at all. Management seriously needs to improve hygiene, maintenance, and basic facilities.

Shower and toilet flush not working, issues with toiletries.

I recently stayed at Hotel Aashiyana in Guwahati. The room was quite good’clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. However, there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. The bedcover and washroom were average, with some scope for improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. On the positive side, the hospitality of the staff was good; they were polite, responsive, and tried to make the stay comfortable. Overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but improving the room freshness and linen quality would make the experience much better.

Room is very nice. Service is very prompt and location is very good for airport passengers and food is healthy and hygienic.

Room was tidy when we entered but the bedsheets were not that neat also the building was under construction and all those noise disturb a lot during the stay.
