This property is a good option for the budget it is offered at. The rooms are decent and comfortable, and the overall service is satisfactory. The staff deserves a special mention, they are courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay.The complimentary buffet breakfast, however, could be improved, as the food quality was slightly below average and did not quite match the otherwise pleasant experience.One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. The railway station is within walking distance, parking is available, and there are plenty of street food options nearby, which makes it convenient for travelers. Considering the price point and location, it remains a reasonable choice.

My sincere apologies to the Owner/s for uploading a review of another hotel under Swagatam Inn. Really sorry!Swagatam Inn is a reasonably-priced hotel, at a good location. The staff ensured that we had a comfortable stay.Service is good & the food is really good. Special thanks to the kitchen staff for serving us an early lunch. Delicious meals!

Swagatam is located at a very strategic position with Brahmaputra just a few steps away. The staff are very cordial and efficient. The food at the restuarant is awesome. Surely will visit next time when in Guwahati

Disappointing Staff Experience

Rooms were neat, clean and spacious..Location is also good..Only problem is Staff,manager and restaurant manager was very rude and not friendly, helping...very rigid for breakfast timing... 15 minutes flexibility in breakfast timing (7:15 am, which is not early where sun rises around 5 am) would have helped us alot as we wanted to visit the temple early..Giving 1 star only because of rude, unhelping, unprofessional behavior of staff...
