Hotel Swagatam Inn

Stayed here twice during our trip. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, and the location near Pan Bazaar was very convenient. Good option for a comfortable stay in Guwahati.

I liked the hotel swagatam very much, it was in front of the railway station!The room was also very nice.I really enjoyed the food here. I found the rooms and other things quite nice. However, the staff here was a bit unfriendly and often disturbing. I still didn't like it.But I liked only one guy in this hotel, his name is Arjun!Does he know how to talk to and behave with customers. And his english talking is also good keep it up Arjun oneday you will bee success in your life ’? I really enjoyed it. I hope I can meet Arjun the next time when I come.But the rooms and bathroom are both neat and clean!

Very nice Hotel all facilities are Excellent, Management, Manager, Front Desk Staff, others staff Housekeeping etc. good behaviour.

This property is a good option for the budget it is offered at. The rooms are decent and comfortable, and the overall service is satisfactory. The staff deserves a special mention, they are courteous, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay.The complimentary buffet breakfast, however, could be improved, as the food quality was slightly below average and did not quite match the otherwise pleasant experience.One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. The railway station is within walking distance, parking is available, and there are plenty of street food options nearby, which makes it convenient for travelers. Considering the price point and location, it remains a reasonable choice.

The staff ensured that we had a comfortable stay.Service is good & the food is really good. Special thanks to the kitchen staff for serving us an early lunch. Delicious meals!
