Yeah! Everything is okay.The staff , the rooms, the facilities , the location everything seems convenient and fine .I would recommend couples, sole traveler , business trip , group or family.

Worst experiences. No co - ordination with hotel and booking partner. Prolonged hours to check in as no information from the online booking partner. Have to call customer care for booking confirmation. Though it was pre-paid booking. Room, toilet unhygienic, stinking. There was no TV in the room. I request a changing room, but the manager is reluctant to do it. Given some excuses. Worst management.Nearby/walking distance from railway station Palan bazar but inconvenient for transport as it is one way road. If you have more luggage, then find another accommodation. Not value for money.

Reception could not find my reservation. It took her 30 minutes to find my booking information. The reception didn't want to honour breakfast. I had to call the agent to ring them to confirm the breakfast. The reception called my room at 10 pm to request my visa when I was sleeping. The guard stopped my uber for five minutes to check my payment although the reservation was prepaid.

Rooms are good. The receptionist and chef were very helpful. Since we had to board an early morning train and no shops were open nearby we requested him to prepare a meal for our toddler for the journey. He immediately called up the chef and the chef who was still asleep came forward to help us. I offered them a small amount of money as a gratitude which they politely declined. May God bless them both!!
