HOTEL MONSOON PALACE, GUWAHATI

We booked this hotel through makemytrip and had a terrible experience. The room was in poor condition, very small, with a broken tap, a broken fan, and an old window AC that made a lot of noise when turned on. The service and staff response were also disappointing. When we requested a room change, they simply said the hotel was full and made no effort to address our concerns. The hotel only looks good from the outside, so don't judge it by its appearance.
