OYO 30189 Hotel Priya Palace

The rooms were average and had cockroaches, AC leakage, and geyser problems. They also charged us extra for breakfast, which should have been included in the room rate. The facilities were not clearly explained, and we were unnecessarily charged for breakfast. The staff's behavior was very poor; I would never recommend this place. The restaurant staff was somewhat polite, but the reception staff was very bad. They also billed us for something we didn't buy, and after asking for proof, we found out it was a mistake on our bill. Overall, I am very unhappy with the experience.

I am very unhappy with my stay. After leaving, I noticed I had forgotten my mobile phone in the room. I came back within about 10 minutes and told the reception right away. The staff said they found no phone in the room. When I called my phone then, it was still ringing, which means it was still inside the hotel. A few hours later, the phone was turned off. I am completely sure I left my phone only in the hotel room. This situation makes me question how lost items are handled and the honesty of the staff. Instead of trying hard to find and return my phone, I was just told nothing was found. I ask the hotel management to thoroughly investigate, including checking CCTV, housekeeping logs, and talking to all staff who entered the room after I checked out. I also expect full cooperation from the hotel to help recover my phone. This has greatly damaged my trust in the hotel's security and service. I hope the management takes this seriously and acts quickly.

The staff's behavior was very disappointing. They charged an additional 250 Rs per hour even though I had booked a late check-out online. The room was also subpar and below average.

Clean and has a nice smell. Cool AC, geyser, everything is fine.

The location is excellent and the staff are extremely helpful.
