A pleasant stay with comfortable rooms, courteous staff, and good service. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was comfortable and hassle-free. Would definitely consider staying here again and again.

The rooms were average and had cockroaches, AC leakage, and geyser problems. They also charged us extra for breakfast, which should have been included in the room rate. The facilities were not clearly explained, and we were unnecessarily charged for breakfast. The staff's behavior was very poor; I would never recommend this place. The restaurant staff was somewhat polite, but the reception staff was very bad. They also billed us for something we didn't buy, and after asking for proof, we found out it was a mistake on our bill. Overall, I am very unhappy with the experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.After checking out, I realized I had left my mobile phone in the hotel room. I returned to the hotel within approximately 10 minutes and immediately informed the reception. The staff claimed that there was no phone in the room.At that time, my phone was still ringing when I called it, which strongly indicates that it was inside the hotel premises. A few hours later, the phone was switched off completely.I am 100% certain that I did not leave my phone anywhere else apart from the hotel room. The sequence of events raises serious concerns about the handling of lost belongings and the honesty of the staff. Instead of making every effort to locate and return my phone, I was simply told that nothing was found.I request the hotel management to conduct a thorough investigation, including reviewing the CCTV footage, checking housekeeping records, and speaking with all staff who entered the room after my checkout. I also expect the hotel to cooperate fully in helping recover my phone.This incident has severely affected my trust in the hotel’s security and customer service. I hope the management treats this matter with the seriousness it deserves and takes immediate action.

So pathetic behaviour of staff .They charges extra for 250Rs for hours inspite of online booking for late check out .Room was also not so good . Below average
