Staff was so welcoming and very supportive. It felt like a family and room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Just made my experience more beautiful. Lots of love to the hotel and restaurant team. Location is far from Mall Road. But if want a cozy stay you can go for it. Food from the kitchen was also good.Go for superior room with valley view. You would love the hills with a cup of tea in your hand and some relaxing music in the background

The front desk staff, restaurant team, serving team and housekeeping all of them were their to provide all possible support. The service was excellent so as rooms in hotel.The washroom and room was clean, pleasant stay with good food provided by Hotel. The hotel is nearby to ropeway also. Overall good experience and only improvements needed in food, which can be better.

The managing system was terrible. We had stayed for 2 nights and it was raining in Darjeeling due to which we had to stay in our room most of the day and the food we had for dinner was not up to the mark at all. The service of the staff was mediocre as we had to call room service multiple times to get a bottle of water.
