An absolute nightmare stay

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and sadly, the experience was far below what I would expect from a hotel. 1. Poor upkeep of room and bathroom The bathroom in my room was in very bad shape. The toilet was broken, there was no shampoo or hand wash, and overall maintenance was lacking. When I asked for shampoo, the staff refilled it but spilled it all over the bathroom and did not clean it up. The bathroom was left messy. I also asked specifically for hand wash to be refilled, but during my entire three-day stay, it was never replenished. These are basic hygiene and housekeeping needs, and there is no good reason for them to be ignored repeatedly. 2. Very bad breakfast service Breakfast was also disappointing. The choices were very limited, and even the papaya served was unripe. Service was very slow too. Even though there were almost no guests in the restaurant—only about two tables occupied—a simple sunny-side-up egg took over 20 minutes to arrive. Also, the restaurant does not offer takeaway cups for tea or coffee. If a guest wants to take their drink with them, there is no option. 3. Drinking water was not properly provided During my three days, I got only two bottles of drinking water. On the third day, no water was provided at all. What was more frustrating was that one night a receptionist came to my room with a bottle of water. I told him I had not ordered it but clearly said I needed water. He took the bottle back and never returned with water. This is a very basic guest need, and the lack of follow-up was unacceptable. 4. Poor communication about the room key I lost my room key after coming back from work. A staff member came and opened the room with the master key and then took it back. Reception knew I didn’t have my key but no one followed up or helped me. At checkout, I was charged ₹250 for the lost key. I understand losing the key is my fault and a charge may apply, but ₹250 for a reusable hotel key/card seems too high, especially since such cards can be reused for years. Overall The main problem is these were not one-off issues. Throughout my stay, there were repeated failures in basic housekeeping, hygiene, guest service, communication, and hospitality. A hotel should provide essentials like a well-maintained bathroom, hand wash, drinking water, clean facilities, and reasonably quick breakfast service without guests having to keep asking. I share this review so management can seriously review housekeeping, restaurant service, and guest handling standards here. Based on my experience, there is a lot of room for improvement.

Everything is excellent, the cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff's attitude is also great. Especially Vicky, the housekeeping incharge, who is a very kind and helpful person. Anyone planning to stay here will have a really pleasant experience.

A very good and valuable place to stay, located in a convenient location with clean surroundings, well-maintained facilities, and helpful staff. There is no unnecessary interference, which makes the stay comfortable and peaceful. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to visit or stay. Highly recommended!
